Project Description
Mentor successfully delivered a highly informative yet practical and interactive program to an eager group of participants from one of the largest banks in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. Trainees were equipped with a range of skills and knowledge in areas from Customer Service to Service Excellence, where they were trained to meet the needs and exceed the expectations of customers. Selling and cross selling skills saw staff gain a competitive edge in selling solutions and products more effectively. Communication Strategies provided learners with the necessary abilities to effectively master the art of conversation while Business Etiquette addressed the benefits of professional decorum over phone lines and emails. Participants were very supportive and gained confidence in dealing with customers in a variety of situations.
