Project Description

MENTOR conducted a series of staff development workshops for a Dubai-based government entity active in social and economic development. MENTOR helped the organization first to align its learning and development plans to its strategic objectives. The workshops were designed to address strategic priorities and prepare action plans to drive the organization toward its goals. They covered topics relating to public service, customer interaction, communication and teamwork, all within the context of social development.
