Mentor was recently hired to deliver soft skills training to United Nations procurement officers in Entebbe, Uganda. The importance of soft skills is often overlooked when it comes to procurement staff; although it is essential that they are fully equipped with the necessary negotiation and presentation skills in order to fully perform their duties.
