Project Description

Heart of Jeddah Development Company (HOJDC) is an independent development vehicle spin off from Jeddah Development and Urban Regeneration Company (JDURC), which was formed in 2006 by a Royal Decree, and is mandated to bring the Heart of Jeddah to reality.

KDC Limited (KAIZEN) is the exclusive Development Manager for the Heart of Jeddah (HOJ) master-planned district project, and heads a consortium of 15 expert firms in various areas of discipline to deliver the project. MENTOR is part of this consortium of expert firms delivering this project under KDC.

MENTOR’s role in the project was focused on business & corporate strategy, organizational development, corporate performance measurement, capacity building and technology solutions development.
