Project Description
MENTOR conducted training workshops for an international NGO with more than 20 offices worldwide, as part of a strategic initiative to improve planning and project control skills. The workshop was conducted in Istanbul and yielded positive results, with the organization able to implement new and more effective group planning and monitoring methods.
