Project Description

MENTOR facilitated the execution of people development initiatives through workplace assignments and personal coaching for a UAE government authority regulating financial markets. The aim was to implement new service excellence standards, as part of Abu Dhabi 2030 vision. The program led to the certification of more than 30 participants in service excellence, and MENTOR was awarded a certificate of appreciation in recognition of the success of the project.
