MENTOR designed a customized nationalization program to build skills of new UAE National recruits in area of banking fundamentals, workplace adaptability, communication and Business English skills. The program was part of a joint venture agreement between a nationalization government agency in Dubai and a major commercial bank in Abu Dhabi. The program was conducted repeatedly over two years, with the total number of trainees throughout this period reaching 600.
