Project Description

MENTOR planned and conducted an industrial study tour for top management officials of three industrial Iraqi state-owned enterprises working in Paper  Pulp, Glass  Ceramic and Petrochemicals. The program included much logistical preparation, including the contact of several industrial complexes in Turkey to identify ones with top manufacturing technologies and organizing a visit schedule for the targeted group over a period of three weeks. The program also included running high-level workshops in areas of Strategic Planning, Strategic Sales and Marketing, Strategic HR Management and Financial awareness.
