Developed for a major General Motors car dealership in Saudi Arabia over a 7-month project period, a host of HR-related solutions including: frameworks and road maps for the recruitment process, candidate screening criteria, interview questions, payroll outsourcing, headcount optimization, organizational structure, matrix organization reporting structure, authority matrix framework, job position titles, job pay grades, organizational effectiveness benchmarking, building HR capabilities and advising on other organizational development areas.
