Project Description

MENTOR conducted a series of workshops for Saudi, Dubai and Abu Dhabi government Human Resource managers to build skills in various areas of HR. Workshops covered topics such as Strategic HR Management, Recruitment and Selection, Learning and Development, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relations, Employment Laws and Health Safety and Security. The success of the workshops ensured a long-term partnership between participants and MENTOR's instructors.
