MENTOR designed and conducted a customized training program for a group of young UAE nationals entering a consumer credit banking unit for a major commercial bank in Abu Dhabi. The learners underwent an intensive four-week training program on banking fundamentals and best practice, to be then assigned for a year at various departments within the bank.
