Project Description

MENTOR delivered a customized training program for an Abu Dhabi government healthcare authority to enhance service level, as part of the objectives of Abu Dhabi 2030 strategy. MENTOR conducted a series of workshops for staff in various locations, covering customer service and customer interaction in healthcare. MENTOR was awarded a certificate of appreciation in recognition of the success of the project.
