MENTOR designed and delivered a competency-based training program for a large business group in the MENA region. MENTOR developed a training track completely based on the company's competency framework. Our consultant team analyzed the competencies and their associated behaviors, mapped them into training objectives and programs, developed training material and conducted training workshops.
