The utilization of competency frameworks has influenced the way organizations acquire their talents, identify their future leaders, promote their high performers and assess their current leadership capability and management effectiveness.  MENTOR has invested a lot of resources in developing best practices in conducting Competency Based Assessments, we work methodologically with the client to define the best fit framework, taking time to define each competency in the client context, identify its various behaviors that reflect how it is implemented in the client organizational context and define the various proficiency levels that define various ranks of behavior.
