Project Description

MENTOR facilitated the capacity building of technical supervisors at a leading international engineering company in water infrastructure. The program included several training programs based on a thorough needs assessment and covered health and safety, environmental standards and other engineering and technical areas. This was combined with a 'Train the Trainer' program to enable supervisors to transfer knowledge to team members. The program was a major success story that helped the organization to deliver one of its biggest water infrastructure projects in the Middle East.
