MENTOR recently engaged in a business review exercise to support a manufacturing business in Abu Dhabi by developing a business plan that aimed to present market insights, competitorsproduct offerings, and internal operation effectiveness. The overall objective of this engagement was to suggest a business strategy to enable the company to move forward.

MENTORs team of experts approached this by applying the MENTOR Profitable Process Model MPPM, which is a holistic approach to the manufacturing business. This approach tackles the Market, Competition, Product, Process, Operations, People and Financial aspects of the business. MENTOR was able to present to the client an integrated approach and a clear road map ahead to enhance their business performance and organization effectiveness.

The outcome was another success story for MENTOR, where throughout the process the client was able to identify a large amount of saving, and also recognize a large potential for growth.
